Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of FrameSaaS, a creative review and approval platform.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using FrameSaaS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use FrameSaaS. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Description of service
FrameSaaS is a creative review and approval platform. Users connect cloud storage providers (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, Box) to share creative work for client review. A Canva integration is also available via the FrameSaaS app in the Canva Apps Marketplace.
Reviewers can leave frame-accurate annotations on video, images, and PDFs, and submit approval decisions — all without creating an account.
3. Accounts and registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may sign in via email and password or via Google OAuth. Only one account may be associated with each email address. You must not share your account credentials with others.
FrameSaaS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that appear to be fraudulent.
4. Subscription and billing
FrameSaaS offers a Free plan with limited projects and reviews, a Pro plan at $9 per month (USD), and an Agency plan at $19 per month (USD). Lifetime plans (Pro Lifetime and Agency Lifetime) are also available as one-time purchases.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page in your account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Plan limits — including project counts, review counts, and reviewer limits — are enforced. Exceeding your plan’s limits requires an upgrade.
5. Content and data
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, share, or submit for review through FrameSaaS. FrameSaaS does not claim ownership of your creative work.
Content imported from cloud storage providers is accessed via OAuth tokens and is not copied to FrameSaaS servers unless required for preview generation. Review annotations, comments, approval decisions, and associated metadata are stored in FrameSaaS databases.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from the settings page.
6. Canva integration
FrameSaaS offers a Canva Apps SDK integration for sending Canva designs for client review. Use of the Canva integration is subject to Canva’s terms of service at canva.com/policies/terms-of-use.
Canva export URLs are temporary (24 hours) and managed by Canva’s infrastructure. FrameSaaS receives the exported file URL, reviewer email, and creator information to create the review.
FrameSaaS is not affiliated with or endorsed by Canva. Your use of Canva is governed by your separate agreement with Canva.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use FrameSaaS for any illegal purpose, to upload or share prohibited or infringing content, to attempt to bypass plan limits or billing mechanisms, or to abuse the review system through spam or automated submissions.
You must not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the platform. FrameSaaS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Reviewer terms
Reviewers access shared review links without creating an account. Reviewer annotations are associated with the name and email they provide when entering the review workspace.
Reviewer data — including annotations, comments, and approval decisions — is stored for the duration of the review and may be retained as part of the project record.
9. Third-party services
FrameSaaS integrates with third-party services including Dropbox (dropbox.com/terms), Google Drive (policies.google.com/terms), OneDrive (microsoft.com/servicesagreement), Box (box.com/legal/termsofservice), Canva (canva.com/policies/terms-of-use), Stripe (stripe.com/legal), and Resend.
Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. FrameSaaS is not responsible for the availability, reliability, or data practices of third-party services.
10. Limitation of liability
FrameSaaS is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the service.
FrameSaaS is not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, third-party failures, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the total fees you have paid to FrameSaaS in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Account deletion
You may request account deletion at any time from the settings page. Deletion permanently removes your account data, projects, reviews, annotations, and billing information.
Your files remain in your own cloud storage — FrameSaaS never stores your original files. Some anonymised usage data may be retained for operational and legal purposes. Previously deleted accounts that re-register may be subject to paid plans only.
12. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of FrameSaaS after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-app notification.
